Hebrews 13:5
“Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have.”
For He Himself has said,
“I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
What a promise!
What do we desire for our lives?
Are we looking over the fences of our neighbor’s house and
thinking that the grass is greener or are we seeking the Lord
to see what He has for our lives?
Are we really content with what He has given us?
Paul tells us in Philippians 4:11:
“Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in
whatever state I am, to be content:”
Let’s seek together as the Body of Christ His desires not ours!
Matthew 6:33 says:
“But seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness,
and all these things shall be added to you.”
